This document outlines the full onboarding process of Nyla and the responsibilities of the Onboarder as the project manager.
The Onboarder's responsibility is to own the customer relationship, project management, and any necessary solutioning end-to-end, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within scope. Based on the steps below the Partner will be able to conduct the entire onboarding process and understand all necessary resources to gather.
Nyla is the platform, and the Onboarder is the end-to-end service provider managing the customer's Nyla onboarding. Nyla will provide guidelines, collateral, and support to the Onboarder, and the Onboarder will in turn guide the customer through the process.

Discovery Phase
A discovery sprint to guide the customer selection process and identify requirements for design, using Nyla’s templates in order to match the customer’s specifications to platform capabilities.

Design Phase
The Design Phase is managed by the Onboarder, and Design is executed by the Design Partner. They work together to translate customer-approved site requirements from the Discovery Phase into design mocks that the customer approves.
Requirements Sign Off
The official sign off by the customer to define the launch scope, composed of approved design along with accompanying details of how templates, features, and apps are to be configured during the Build Phase.
Requirements Sign Off + Implementation Details
Build Phase
Deliver the build for the site, translating the requirements agreed with the customer during Requirements Sign Off into the Nyla platform. Ensure end-to-end functionality of templates, apps, features and analytics and troubleshoot as needed, delivering a QA’ed and production-ready site.
Hand Off Phase
Deliver site to Nyla for final QA, along with prepared customer handover materials. Once site is approved, schedule Site Transition to formally hand it off to the customer.
Customer Phase
Ensure customer is trained on Nyla platform management using asynchronous training tools. This is required to prepare them for customer QA and content entry, the latter of which the Onboarder is responsible for making required adjustments to.
Launch Milestone
Ensure the customer and website are launch ready, and coordinate the launch with Nyla.
Post Launch Support
Following launch, Onboarders are available for a two week period to fix customer-reported implementation bugs that fall within project scope.
