Onboarding: Project Management Overview

This document outlines the full onboarding process of Nyla and the responsibilities of the Onboarder as the project manager.

The Onboarder's responsibility is to own the customer relationship, project management, and any necessary solutioning end-to-end, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within scope. Based on the steps below the Partner will be able to conduct the entire onboarding process and understand all necessary resources to gather.

Nyla is the platform, and the Onboarder is the end-to-end service provider managing the customer's Nyla onboarding. Nyla will provide guidelines, collateral, and support to the Onboarder, and the Onboarder will in turn guide the customer through the process.
