Onboarding: Customer Discovery Deliverables

The Onboarder will communicate the following deliverables to the customer, required to begin the onboarding.

As a follow up to the Customer Kick Off Call, the Onboarding Design Partner will assign the following tasks to the customer. 

    • Customers should provide their Onboarding Partner with access to their current GTM (edit-access), GA4 (edit-access), Google Merchant Center (edit-access) and Meta Business Suite (edit-access) in order to set up tagging and feed replacement rules. 
  • Customers should share a test user and password of a user account with orders (and subscriptions if applicable) in order to be able to test accounts pages during building.

Following the App and Analytics Review Calls, the Onboarder should distill all the information gathered into a Design Brief for the Designer and schedule the next milestone in the Design Phase, the Design Kick Off Call, with them and the customer.
