Onboarding: Customer Discovery Deliverables
The Onboarder will communicate the following deliverables to the customer, required to begin the onboarding.
✅ Process
As a follow up to the Customer Kick Off Call, the Onboarding Design Partner will assign the following tasks to the customer.
- Sitemap Review
- Design Questionnaire, which includes a field to submit a share link to a brand asset folder. At a minimum; branding guidelines, logos, fonts, and current photography are required.
- Onboarding Menu Questionnaire
- Catalog Architecture Review & Questionnaire
- Access to Apps + Analytics tools
- Customers should provide Onboarding Partners with access to all app accounts that don’t allow access via Shopify Partners.

- Customers should provide their Onboarding Partner with access to their current GTM (edit-access), GA4 (edit-access), Google Merchant Center (edit-access) and Meta Business Suite (edit-access) in order to set up tagging and feed replacement rules.
- Customers should share a test user and password of a user account with orders (and subscriptions if applicable) in order to be able to test accounts pages during building.

All of the above are all required in order to schedule;
Following the App and Analytics Review Calls, the Onboarder should distill all the information gathered into a Design Brief for the Designer and schedule the next milestone in the Design Phase, the Design Kick Off Call, with them and the customer.
