Onboarding: Customer Content Entry

Customer Content Entry finalizes the site content that will be online for launch.

Following the Site Transition, Customer Content Entry can begin with Customer QA or after it, pending the Onboarder's Customer QA timeline and the customer's preference. 

At this point, the Onboarder has completed their builder content entry, which consists of matching Key Page content to the approved design in Figma, and the secondary page content to the customer's current site. Any further updates are the customer's responsibility to make during Customer Content Entry. This includes but isn't limited to;

  • Media 
  • Video sources
  • Copy
  • Links
  • Section Template Overrides
  • Visibility
  • Third Party App configuration
  • Product Swatches
  • Metafields

Customers may reach out to their Onboarder for content entry and site management questions during this deliverable. The Handover Materials that the Onboarder shares during Site Transition will serve as a guide to each customer's unique content entry, but it is the customer's responsibility to review and update every page of their site prior to giving launch approval.
