Onboarding: Handover Materials

The Onboarder is responsible for creating a Customer Handover document detailing how a customer will manage their unique site features.

While Nyla's Knowledge Base provides how-tos for managing standard features, often times a Nyla site will have unique configuration. It's the Onboarding Build Partner's responsibility to outline the management of these features, which may include the following;

  • section template overrides
  • section template visibility
  • conditional formatting
  • metafield management

The Onboarder will gather these unique instructions into a document for the customer, which they share for the Site Transition meeting so the customer can use it for their upcoming Customer QA and Content Entry deliverables, as well as for future site management.
