      Onboarding: Project Timeline

      The project timeline is a master project management tool and timeline, outlining deliverables, milestones, and required meetings for the Onboarder, the customer, and Nyla. 

      ✅ Process

      The Onboarder will prepare for the Kick Off call by workshopping rough dates to meet the proposed launch. They’ll finalize the timeline post-kick off and share it with customer then, once the launch date is confirmed.

      (Please note: launches should be scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Nyla does not launch website on US federal holidays.)

      The Onboarder can create their version of the timeline in the project management system of your choosing. Customers enjoy visibility into their deadlines, so a customer-facing view highlighting their deliverables and milestones is helpful to share.
