Setting up tracking on Shopify Checkout pages
Analytics and events that are sent from checkout onwards need to be set up and configured on Shopify.
Nyla maintains the same session ID when a customer moves from the Nyla site to the Shopify checkout. This means that conversion tracking is maintained provided that you have set up your pixels correctly on Nyla and on Shopify checkout.
Setting up tracking on checkout
Our recommendation is to use Shopify native solutions for setting up analytics on checkout.
This differs from vendor to vendor, but often requires adding the vendor's app to Shopify and following their setup steps.
Setting up tracking pre-checkout
If you need to add tracking to the site before checking, you should add this using Nyla's native tagging support or via GTM. See more on Nyla Analytics.
