Shopify Checkout Analytics

This documentation outlines how to setup tracking on the Checkout pages for Shopify Basic and Shopify Plus clients.

All steps in the customer journey from reaching checkout onwards are handled by Shopify. This means that all analytics and events that are required to be sent from checkout onwards need to be set up and configured on Shopify itself. 

Our recommendation is to use Shopify native solutions for setting up analytics on checkout. This differs from vendor to vendor, but would often require adding their app to Shopify and following their setup steps. If a specific vendor requires analytics added to the site, this should be added to your Nyla site either via Nyla's native tagging support or via GTM.
