Nyla Design Questionnaire

The customer is to complete the following design questionnaire, created to gather basic design requirements ahead of the Design Kick Off call.

Answers will be provided to your Onboarding Designer, along with the results from your other Discovery Deliverables to identify and document your site design requirements.

You'll discuss any selections that deviate from Nyla recommendations and UX best practices during the Design Kick Off call in the Design Phase.
