Understand your Shopify analytics with Nyla

Nyla's beta Shopify Analytics feature sends traffic information to the Shopify dashboard so that you can continue to see traffic on your Shopify dashboard after launching with Nyla.

Order data arrives via the Shopify checkout as normal after your Nyla launch.

Due to current Shopify limitations, Add-to-Cart events and conversion data on orders cannot be sent to Shopify dashboard at present.

Shopify Analytics and Cookie Consent

Shopify analytics will be impacted by user consent in impacted regions. You can see Shopify documentation on this here.

When a cookie banner is active in specific regions, data is collected from visitors from those regions only after obtaining consent. Consequently, there might be a reduction in the amount of data available for analytics, marketing, and personalization purposes. This can be observed through decreased session counts and other metrics that rely on session data, including conversion rates.
