ReturnGO
Learn how to use Nyla with ReturnGo
The ReturnGO platform is hosted on a separate subdomain from your main site, which means that in order to integrate, all you need to do in the most basic sense is simply link directly.
You can use Nyla properties to create deep links to enable faster logins for customers to access returns more quickly on the ReturnGO Platform.
Setting up ReturnGO
In order to get started on ReturnGO first you should set up your returns program by installing the ReturnGO Shopify app and setting up ReturnGO itself.
Follow the instructions on this ReturnGO article on "Using a Custom URL" to configure your customer portal on a subomain.
If you have any questions on installing or configuring ReturnGO within Shopify, you should reach out to the ReturnGO team directly.
Link to your Subdomain from Nyla
Once you've set up ReturnGO, you can link to your returns program from your Nyla site, just like you would to any external URL.
If you wanted to, you could create dynamic deep links to specific orders by using the relevant Nyla properties.
