      See products in the live preview, but hide them on your site

      Hide products on your live site but preview then within the Editor.

      The Nyla Hidden functionality allows you to hide products on your live site, but show them in the live preview within the Editor. 


      This feature is intended for merchants who have time sensitive product drops, given that it allows you to curate your collections on Shopify and preview them within Nyla so that you can see how the published products will appear to customers before they go live to your site. 


      This is an on-demand feature for Nyla only, given that it takes manual set up from our team in order to configure the settings. 


      When you configure products to be hidden on Nyla but shown on on the live preview, products will be hidden from: 

      • Collections
      • Collections with filters
      • Collection with pagination
      • Collections within product options (e.g when a Collection is used as the Source for Product Options so that you can have different PDPs / URLs per colourway)

      Note this this feature will not exclude your product from the Source: Product, so it is important to not publish your product pages until you are ready with the drop. 


      In order to use this feature, you must first: 

      1. Reach out to the Nyla team, asking them to activate the Nyla Hidden feature. The Nyla team will then install a new Sales channel in addition to the Nyla sales channel on your Shopify and Nyla instance
      2. Once the Nyla-Preview channel is activated, adding your products to this channel (and not the Nyla Sales channel) in Shopify will mean that your products will be visible in the live preview within Nyla, but not on your published site. 
      3. Once you are ready to publish your products, you can simply add them to the Nyla sales channel
