Grant Nyla access to new users
To grant a new user or team member access to Nyla, grant them the correct Shopify access.
Nyla is an app that is accessible through Shopify.
To grant a new user or team member access to the Nyla platform, simply add them as a staff member or collaborator on Shopify.
Make sure that the following permission is granted:
Once their Shopify accounts are active, the new user will be able to access Nyla by clicking into Apps in Shopify's left navigation bar and selecting Nyla from the list:
