Granting Nyla Collaborator Access

In order for the Nyla app to be installed in your Shopify store, you'll have to enable the correct collaborator access. This allows us to install your private app and give the Nyla team the appropriate abilities to effectively support your store. 

How to accept collaborator access

1. Navigate to Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Users and Permissions.
   
   
   
   
3. Here you’ll find a Collaborators section. The default setting is that anyone can send a collaborator request. If you’d like to limit who requests collaborator access, you can also set a request code as an option.
   
   

How to accept collaborator access if you have access codes enabled

If you have the collaborator request code setting on, please email us the 4 digit access code in order to proceed with the collaborator request process

What permissions will Nyla need?

We will need all permissions except billing, admin settings, locations, staff permissions and Shopify payments payouts.
