Onboarding: Nyla QA
Nyla's QA is the final step before turning a website over to the customer.
As with the Onboarder's own QA, this round of quality assurance is designed to confirm the readiness of the newly built site for Site Transition.
The Onboarder prepares for this step by supplying the Nyla team with the following;
- staging link of website
- Figma designs
- folder of design brief and/or results of Onboarding Menu Questionnaire, Customer Design Questionnaire, Catalog Architecture Review, and App Stack Review
- results of Implementation Details Review
- a link, form or system in which to report tickets, with an ability to add images and/or links
Since the Nyla team will be reviewing a site that has already been QA'ed, and that has been signed off by the Onboarder as production-ready, the expectation is to report a very low number of tickets.
The Nyla team will scan check the whole website comparing the Design and Discovery materials to the final built result, and auditing functionality. Any piece not matching project scope or expected function will be reported as a QA ticket for the Onboarder to adjust before the Site Transition meeting.
